It’s important for your logo, branding, copy and collateral to reflect where you are now. If your business has evolved significantly in terms of products and marketing in the past few years – or like many over the last 12 months - the chances are you could be due for a brand refresh.

 

 
At your next staff meeting, have a discussion on what your brand means to your team. You may discover some gems.
 
Here are some questions to kick you off:
• What does your brand say? What impressions or emotions does it conjure up? Is this helpful? Is this relevant?
• What values are important to the way you do business?
• What is the personality of your company?
• Are your values and personality reflected throughout the brand?
• Does your logo communicate your key messages? What does the tagline say? Is it relevant?
• Are the branding and messages consistent throughout all your collateral? Website? Signage?
• How could you communicate your key messages, offerings and personality is unique ways? What needs to change – or evolve – and what needs to remain?
