Our quick checklist for a first-rate design!

The GOOD:

-    Fresh and clear layout for an effortless read
-    Harmonious colours that unite the work
-    A couple of key fonts
-    Subtle gradients to lead the path of your reader’s eye
-    Strategic relevance to the copy

The BAD:

-    Too many elements that confuse the eye
-    An overload of different fonts
-    Combining dark colours for a depressing aesthetic
-    Clashing colours
-    Irrelevant imagery for the sake of presentation
