COMM*BAT IMC Communications designs, builds and operates efficient & reliable IT networks and infrastructure for some of Australia's largest companies. It delivers strategic, technologically sounds and creative integrated ICT solutions including managed services, networking, systems and storage, unified communications, virtualisation, technology procurement and disaster recovery. For 15 years IMC Communications has grown its business and provided exceptional service and products. However, the company had reached a stage where the rate of growth had slowed. It had also developed a whole new range of offerings that saw it move from a technology company through to a complete system-management provider. With a few big companies under its wing, it was time to spearhead growth and propel the company into the next chapter. Zadro Communications facilitated a COMM*BAT™! strategic planning session. COMM*BAT was designed by the team at Zadro Communications especially for medium sized businesses to help them articulate their goals, determine their strengths and set down a new direction for their future. The COMM*BAT supports the company to do an analysis of where they are now, where they want to go and how to get there. A 12-month comprehensive and strategic communications plan was presented back to IMC Communications two weeks after the COMM*BAT session. The plan dealt with the decisions that needed to be made and set the company on a path for success and growth. IMC's plan included the instigation of management meetings and structures, the priorities for product development and promotion, internal communication channels and all marketing and communications activities.
