Brief

After 11 successful years in business, this Sydney based web and graphic design company asked zadro communications to do a ‘Gordon Ramsey’ on them. Come into their ‘kitchen’, have a look at all the nooks and crannies, analyse what we saw and provide recommendations on what they could do to move to the next stage – growth and expansion.

Solution

We rolled out our unique organisational culture program that involved interviewing all the staff and directors. We presented the findings warts and all (without the Ramsey language!) to the Directors alongside a ton of practical workable recommendations.

We worked through internal communication strategies, ways of resolving issues, how to encourage new ideas, designed staff meeting, cleared the spider webs and injected a new enthusiastic energy into the company.

Result

The result is dynamite as this design company is reinvigorated and on the way to stardom.
