Communications Plan

A Communications Plan is the way to achieve your business goals. A plan will determine your communication objectives, strategies and the vital key messages. In a nut shell, a communications plan works out what you will say about your company, how you will say it and to whom. Timelines and budgets will also be determined as part of the Communications Plan.

CASE STUDY
NAGCAS

Brief

This national collegial advocacy body representing the graduate career services in universities across Australia needed to expand its profile and adapt to the maturing university landscape.

With new types of members, competition from other industry players for government attention and an outdated website, zadro communications came on board to facilitate the organisation’s evolution.
  Solution

After consultations with key members we determined who NAGCAS was and who they wanted to be. A series of recommendations was made. Then a thorough and expansive communications plan was written and presented to the group. The communications plan outlined what the core goals, objectives and values of the organisation were, as well as how they were going to communicate them to internal and external stakeholders.

Result

A new interactive professional website which offers relevant and up to date information and resources is in process as well as a series of communications products espousing the organisation and what it has to offer.

These will be launched to the industry and relevant stakeholders to promote the valuable service NAGCAS has to offer – connecting graduates with their new employers.
