Felicity Zadro BA MA
Managing Director
A passionate, committed and energetic communicator, Felicity Zadro is the Managing Director of zadro communications.
Felicity is inspired by supporting organisations to grow and develop through excellent communications. Established in 2007, zadro communications was borne from this dedication to see companies evolve and change and to be the best they can be for their owners, staff and customers.
With an MA in Communication Management and a BA in Social Science (Journalism), Felicity brings a unique approach to communications. Her training in sociology and anthropology combined with numerous market and social research projects and business communications experience, allows her to broaden beyond the standard scope of communications practice.
Having worked in an array of industries including Community Health, Construction, Meeting and Events and Small Business, Felicity specialises in strategic communication planning and communication management and has a keen interest in organisational cultural and change management. She believes that a strong strategic approach is the key to all communication. Felicity emphasises integrity in all her projects and always produces work to the highest of standards.
A skilled multi-tasker, Felicity also works as a part-time Academic at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), in the School of Public Communications. In 2004 she received the International Prize in Public Relations Research (Asia/Pacific Region).
Julia Szatar BA
Communications Coordinator
Julia Szatar joined zadro communications in early 2008, bringing with her the knowledge of a BA in Media and Communications which she completed at the University of Sydney. Her understanding of the close link between journalism and public relations practice, as well as her experience in communications has already been a great contribution to zadro communications.
Julia’s work in communications in the luxury industry in Paris, while studying at the École Normale Supérieure de Cachan as well as her work for the not-for-profit sector in Sydney has given her the experience and skills to keep up with constant changes in the market. Her knowledge of four languages puts her leaps and bounds ahead in understanding the intricacies and importance of communication.
Henri John Lim BBus MA
Graphic Designer
Henri John Lim joined zadro communications in 2008. Currently studying a Masters in Graphic Design, he has an undergraduate degree in Advertising and Marketing as well as in Import -Export. His mixed background ranging from marketing in the fashion and corporate industries as well as his work in export of designer furniture and art pieces have broadened his creative perspective.
Henri worked on the successful launch of a new women’s fashion brand in Europe reflecting his flair for image and brand development and understanding of cross cultural communication. His knowledge of four languages allows him to excel in communications. Originally a Parisian he brings a French touch to all of his designs.
